Job (Days Left for Expiration) failed in CRON run

Hi Admin,

I am using the Marketing -> Campaigns feature of Suite CRM. But I am not getting Email queue mails. I have already automatically set up a schedule for the email queue every 5 minutes. But I am getting an error when the cronjob is running " Job 4b1d6c02-9c9a-ab54-086a-5d81d3c934da (Days Left for Expiration) failed in CRON run". Please let me know why this is happening.

Another issue when I am scheduling email marketing campaigns then schedule time automatically changed. I have selected date 18 Sep 2019 11:45 and it is automatically changed to 19 Sep 2019 01:15. Please let me know what should I do for both issues. Please help me ASAP.

Which version of SuiteCRM is this?

“Days left for expiration” is not a SuiteCRM default job. Maybe it’s a custom scheduler you have?

About the times of campaigns, please check your TWO php.ini files (web server + CLI) for the date.timezone parameter.
