Italian: last_name and first_name have the same label

Hi to all, i have an annoying problem whit the traduction in my language. For suitecrm last_name and first_name have the same label “Nome”. I’ve fixed this in all the field but actually i don’t know how to fix in the Reminder section, when i have to chose what user add for the Meetings. There is a way to fix that?

Why not simply fix that problem with italian translation? Translations are editable on Crowdin site
