Hello,
It is impossible to download updates from download section of suite - suitecrm.com.
After click download, opens redirected page and file don’t loading.
SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.1.x-to-7.3.2
SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.3.x-to-7.4.3

Please check, can you download this files?
