Issues on upgrade from 7.12.x to 7.14 - undefined function isTrue()

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function isTrue() in /var/www/html/include/entryPoint.php

My PHP version is 7.4 i have been having alot issues with the installation i have been modifiying a lot files manually, some idea about this?

so i cannot did an clean upgrade process…

I believe PHP version needs to be 8.1 or 8.2
