Hi,

My developer is experiencing issues at the pre-installation stage of installing SuiteCRM on SiteGround (shared hosting). Please see link below:

Has anyone experienced this and/or have tips for solving. Thanks in advance for any tips you’re able to share.

Double-check the installation instructions regarding the web root.

When the web root is well set, you won’t see “public” in your URL’s.

Fix that and try again
