reporting plugin? which one? you need to provide your SuiteCRM verions, server version, etc.

I now, it was the wrong SQL query, the system from the reporting forget some id’s.

well, I don’t know that plugin and to be honest I don’t think that SuiteCRM devs will give support for 3rd party addons, why don’t you use the Reports module that is embedded in the SuiteCRM system?
