Issue with Privileges -- N/A under the 'Create' privilege

I have created several custom modules and I’m trying to setup roles with access to these modules, but one of the custom modules has ‘N/A’ under the ‘Create’ privilege and users are not able to add records to it. The other custom modules ‘Order’, ‘Notaries’ you can see from the screenshot has the options for grant access like all the other modules.

Whats causing this?

Hi,

Navigate to Admin > Repair
and run “Repair Roles” and then, after it is done, run a “Quick Repair and Rebuild”
Afterwards, clear your browser’s cache, CTRL+F5 and check if the issue is still occurring.
