Issue with PhpMailer

Hi,
i think this issue is due to PhpMailer…
when we try to send a email to a valid address… like abc@domain.brussels we receive error
Error:SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: abc@domain.brussels: No such domain at this location

I have see PhpMailer file class.phpmailler.php
we have a code regex that validate address/domain… but i have no skill for that.
if some one can help to validate regex domain like .brussels.

Thanks
