What do you see in the logs at the time when that screen shows?

On my system this works fine.

Please be a bit more thorough: I asked if you could check two logs, and relate it to the time at which you press the button and that screen shows “undefined”. It’s different to see that message when the screen shows, or at some other time.

I still don’t know your SuiteCRM version…

Version 7.10.4
(Build 633)

Now it has been changed to :

You have nothing in your php_errors.log?

Is this a new installation? Was it working well before?

Have you set your permissions correctly?

It was working fine after updates too but now I don’t know what has happened to it.
