i have enabled the aop setting in suitecrm where i fill all the required detail

In Joomla
first i added the suitecrm extension that is available in suitecrm website
then i put the suitecrm credentials along with the crm.index.php url

Now i have created the custom menu the show under aop menu manager and choose the case list

now the new menu (tab i can see on joomla but when i click on the custom menu it shows error that"unable to connect with sugarcrm")

You need to ensure you just specify the URL of the CRM, don’t add index.php on the end.

You also need to ensure you specify the details of your Joomla location/login in the CRM in Admin -> AOP Settings.
