I would like to define groups of users, for example manager, team1, team2.
And I would like the manager to see all records, team1 only the records of team1 and team2 only the records of team2.
Is this possible in SuiteCRM?

This can be done using Role management with Secuirty Suite which comes in SuiteCRM. If you set up the Roles so that TeamA can only see,edit,delete there records and enter the users into the correct roles. you will need to look at the settings for security Suite to get it to act the way you want it however this is in the admin panel.
