Is it possible to do calculation on pdf templates

Hi,

I have created a pdf template for invoice on which i want to show 2 fields with calculated values ie

  1. Initial payment required - 60% of total
  2. Final payment - 40% of total

Is there any way i can calculate this on pdf template

I don’t know about in templates, but why don’t you just create a view only field that this gets calculated and then call it in the template
