Hi guys!
I have an issue with attachments on reply’s to system emails created by case thread updates. So when user replies to system generated email with attachment,the attachment can’t be downloaded and an error Invalid File Reference is displayed on blank screen. I’ve also noticed that this attachment is absent in the upload directory.
All permissions are set as advised.
Please, help
