"Invalid file reference" error when clicking on uploaded file on a document

Hello everyone!

kinda need your help with the problem that i’ve encountered.
what to do when you’ll get an error “Invalid file reference” when clicking on uploaded file on a document.
there’s just one specific file that i can’t open and will lead me to this error.
it’s a .jpg file.
i’ve checked other attached files with the same extension but it’s okay. (attached picture below for reference)

It could be an issue of upload folder file permission issue. To verify try one more document and test if it has same issue or it works fine.
If it works it means the document you are trying to download is not exist(missing) in physical file at upload folder.
