Introducing the iGo License Manager for SuiteCRM-WooCommerce

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something I’ve been working on over the last little while — a new plugin I’ve built called iGo License Manager for SuiteCRM-WooCommerce.

If you sell software or digital products through WooCommerce and use SuiteCRM as your backend, this might be of interest. The plugin connects WooCommerce directly to SuiteCRM using the V8 API. Every purchase automatically creates a license record in SuiteCRM, linked to the correct product and contact — no manual entry or spreadsheets.

It’s designed to let SuiteCRM handle what it does best (workflows, emails, reporting, and automation), while WooCommerce manages the front-end sales.

A few of the key features so far:

  • Secure SuiteCRM V8 API connection using OAuth2
  • Link WooCommerce products to SuiteCRM Products with a simple AJAX search
  • Automatic license record creation on checkout
  • Activation limit support per license
  • Centralized license management right inside SuiteCRM

I’ve put together a quick video walkthrough showing how it all works:

And there’s a full write-up with more details and screenshots here:

The plugin is almost ready for release — I’m just finishing up some testing and documentation.

If you’re interested in trying it out or want to be notified when it’s available, there’s a simple signup form at the bottom of the blog post.

Would love to hear any feedback or suggestions from the SuiteCRM community.

Major Milestone! I have license activation/deactivation and heartbeat (status check) completely working with SuiteCRM. (GF Spam Blocker is a WP Plugin I developed, the screen shot is the activation logic working with SuiteCRM License Manage Module).

Next step is delivery of the automatic updates with SuiteCRM, I’ve got some great ideas how to achieve this.

Awesome idea @pstevens - though the signup form is not showing up under the ’ Get Notified When It’s Released section…

@farhan4648gul thanks for your interest. Appearantly, Cloudflare is some having some massive issues this morning. I use CF for page caching and CDN. My whole server is a mess this morning. You can PM me or check back a little bit later and the form should work fine.

yeah Cloudflare had issues across some of its services… though I think the Firefox is not showing the Form… I used Google Chrome anyway… Thanks again!
