I made version upgrades today and did a quick repair afterward. The system was working fine, and then I went to click the repair again after making some other back end changes. Once I clicked it, I then got an internal server error and now no one can access the system.
Server error says:
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.”
I contacted out server host and they said they don’t see any issues on their end. Does anyone know what the issue might be and how we can regain access?
