Internal Server Error with HTTP 200

I did a fresh installation of SuiteCRM 8.8 with Chinese language module. After I set up user accounts and logged in, I saw error like the below.

The API call succeeded with HTTP 200. Is this intended or something went wrong?

Unknown Problem with message "Error occurred while retrieving records"

I would like to believe that you disabled access to alerts module in role access configurations it seem to bring that error enable access to is to see if it disapears
