I would like to know, if it is possible to integrate SUITECRM with VoIP, so that inbound calls would access CRM to provide information about the caller; on the other sense that we could generate outbound calls by selecting a customer from CRM.
Is there any way to achieve this?

Well I believe it’s possible. In fact there are some modules on the store for this purpose.

It requires a Twilio account to integrate with your CRM, but it provides a smooth and hassle free experience once you have set it up.
