I am looking forward for an Integration between RingCentral and my SuiteCRM setup.
Few of features I am expecting are as follows:
- Click to Call
- Incoming Call Notifcation popups with easy access to Contact Profile.
- Outbound calls
- Call logs to Contact Profiles
- Easy access to Call Recordings
- Call notes to Contact Profiles
Request you to please let me know the appropriate inputs and guidance regarding the best plugin to use in order to achieve above.
Also, steps, procedure for the seemless integration would be very much helpful.
