hi! Do suitecrm in module that accepts requests from the site? eg web forms online WP, user enter the data in a web form, the request comes in crm, for further processing workers.
Or is there crm integration with the site?

You can generate ‘web to lead’ forms to integrate a web form with SuiteCRM. If you google ‘sugarcrm+web to lead’ or ‘suitecrm+web to lead’ you will find many explanations/tutorials.
