Thanks you. By using this i have to create my own lead form right ? but there is already form (Custom form not developed using Campaigns)on another website. how to integrate that form directly with suitecrm ?

Yes, You need to create your own Lead form, Or If you have your own form, You need to copy the field names and hidden elements that are in Lead forms to your own form and submit it to the entryPoint.
But as you have custom requirement, You can create your own custom entryPoint similar to the current forms that are generated and submits it to the CRM with campaign information.
You need to play around that code.
