Installing SuiteCRM - Error "Not Supported"

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install SuiteCRM on a new server however I only get a “Not supported” error on the screen. I tried to see if I had more info in the files suitecrm.log and error_log however there is nothing.

My current configuration on the server includes:

PHP 7.3.12
MariaDB 10.3.20

I just want to make sure my version of MariaDB is supported or not since in the documentacion is not present. I do not have any chance to downgrade DB’s version on the server.

Thanks in advance,

Your MariaDB version is not listed yet:

Thanks,

What do you see in install.log?

Also, if you can please explain where and when that “not supported” error appears… it would help. Is that the exact text?

Yes, there is a install.log with this info:

2019-12-02 15:27:12…installerHook: Info: custom/install/install_hooks.php not present, no custom hooks to execute

Regarding the “not supported” legend, I unzipped the installer into a directory called “sales”, as soon as I go to the url http://www.myserver.com/sales, the error comes up. It is the exact text and no more.

Regards,

That install.log message is “Info”, it is not an error. It appears in every installation.

Just to check, you are visiting www.myserver.com/sales/install.php, right?

Which version of SuiteCRM are you trying to install?
