Installing issues in Hostinger

I am trying to install SuiteCRM-8.7.1 in my HOSTINGER hosting plan.

But while installing, it is showing me “Database Connection Error: The provided database hostname, port, username, and/or password is invalid.” error.

I provided correct data in “SuiteCRM Database User”, “SuiteCRM Database User Password”, “Database Name”, “Database Port”.
I tried “localhost” & “127.0.0.1” in the “Host Name”; but they didn’t work. I contacted the hostinger support team and they suggested me to try “82.197.28.107”; but still it didn’t work!

Please help me to solve the issue.

Use simple password i.e. without any special characters
