Installing 8.7 on Shared Hosting

Honestly, I don’t know why people struggle with this so much. A $10/month shared hosting plan with someone like a Godaddy with Linux/Cpanel and and SSLwill install SuiteCRM with Installatron in a couple of clicks. Nothing to configure, it’s all done for you. Now, shared hosting isn’t ideal, you’ll run into I/O limits etc. and some other problems. But installing SuiteCRM is not one of them. I generally recommend a Linux WHM/Cpanel VPS for installations. It gives you better control over various server level settings and you’re not subject to whatever the host has setup. (That’s not even all that expensive in the $50/month range, but you need to understand how to setup and manage a server).

Buy one month’s shared hosting on Godaddy or similar and use installatron to install it. Then decide if it’s worth it to spend days fighting your current hosting or just renew the working one. That’s what I’d suggest.

I have a question. Are you planning to make a blog/video on it? :eyes: It will be helpful for entire community here. :face_with_peeking_eye:

@rsp you literally just press install after you fill out a username and password. No video requried. It works straight away, all the server settings, .htaccess, redirects, etc. are all done for you.

Oh that’s sounds very easy way! Thank you
