I am trying to install suitecrm 7.12 on cp hosting 3d with linux platform.but i am getting the error installer locked and when i looked into log files it’s saying install hooks not present:

what should i do need help also give details because i am trying to install it for the first time.
You’ll find the installer_locked item in public/legacy/config.php
The message about hooks is not an error, it’s an information, just ignore it.
