● Steps Taken:
○ Used Softaculous in cPanel to install SuiteCRM, following the automated
installation process.
○ Attempted to log in with the credentials created during the setup process.
● Outcome:
○ Encountered an error: “Login credentials invalid” when attempting to log in.
○ Upon inspecting the network traffic, the login request showed a 500 Internal
Server Error.
● Reason for Failure:
○ The 500 Internal Server Error suggests a server-side issue, potentially
due to misconfigured server permissions, database setup problems, or incorrect
configuration files during the automated setup process
