Hello guys,
I installed 3 versions of SuiteCRM today on my Godaddy hosting account and I immediately noticed some differences. The Services version seems like it’s not complete as it’s missing key modules to enable proper service delivery which I’ve listed below. Also the Godaddy version has 3 more modules than the one that I found on this site called Suitecrm Max which I’ve listed below. I was hoping to find out if this was a mistake or why it’s like this. I have uploaded an image of what I am referring to.
The 3 I installed are:
SuiteCRM from Godaddy cPanel
SuiteCRM Services = I believe if this is meant for a ‘Services’ company then it should have Bugs, Security Groups Management, Projects, Contracts, Documents
SuiteCRM Max = Missing Security Groups Management, Bugs, Projects
If you’re using MAX, just head into admin panel, Display Modules and Subpanels, and move the modules you want to show up into the active area.
This was a duplicate but thank you for responding.
James…How well does SuiteCRM work on GoDaddy.
Thinking about using it for a project, but seems the server is already limited on resources for Wordpress.
Concerned adding SuiteCRM may kill it.
It works pretty good. I would recommend their Ultimate Hosting for 7.99 and upgrade it to their level 3 resources ($4 extra/month). This will provide you with 2GBs of RAM and 250GB Space. Just be sure to setup cron properly. The code the system provides only works for VPS. I currently use 3 separate SuiteCRM instances on that one hosting, sometimes (when heavy use on both simultaneously) it slows down a bit. If they don’t work for you, you can get a nice cPanel from Hostingsource.com, they’ve worked with me very well and are very understanding.
This is the exact code that will work but replace the bold/colored sections with the correct info.
