Installation SuiteCRM 7.13.4 , but not get the login prompt , help please

Hello All Good freinds,

I have installed Xampp with xampp-windows-x64-8.2.4-0-VS16-installer
on my Windows10 64bit.

I have downloaded and extract SuiteCRM7.13.4 into C:\xampp\htdocs\SuiteCRM7
and have give permissions to IUSR full control for the whole directory

I have followed all the step in here https://www.smackcoders.com/blog/suitecrm-installation-guide.html

I have created DATABASE Suitecrm after Step 1 of 2 - Pre-Installation requirements

When I key in Step 2 of 2 - Configuration: Database User as root , then no password
and key in SuiteCRM Admin User Password as admin, and URL for SuiteCRM as http://localhost/SuiteCRM7 after I click Next. The Screen show some progress then stop as blank white screen. and I could not see the Login on screen.

Kindly please help to advice, please.

Hi there,
It sounds like something went wrong during the creation of the DB, if you got a whitescreen at that point. Would you be able to check your DB and see if it looks OK or if there’s anything possibly missing? Also, might be worth double checking your suitelog and see if there’s anything noted there.

Hello MikeyJC,

The suitecrm.log is zero byte. nothing in there.
I try today to download SuiteCRM7.12.12 and try to install, it has the same problem.

After Step 2 in configuration page , the Installation windows just keep white and have no prompt to login.

I check in the phpmyadmin to look at DATABASE, I found suitecrm there but when I click to see the Database Structure, it said “No tables found in database”.

Kindly please help to advice, please.

Check php_errors.log or whatever the PHP file log is called in XAMPP. It is defined in error_log directive in php.ini.

Hello Pgr,

I just uninstall xampp and then restart and then install it again successfully.
Then I download Suitecrm7.13.4 and follow the installation as here

and fix all warnning til step 1 pass, then create DATABASE pass, then to step 2 for configuration, then Next to Install. after I click Next, the SuiteCRM Windows
in White and no Prompt to login again.

Here is the log per your advices. Also, I attached all log for your review and kindly please
advice me please.

Here it is.
I could not found file php_errors.log.
I search all the log in c:\xampp here is all of them

  1. Install.log in C:\xampp\htdocs\SuiteCRM7
  2. mysql_error.log in C:\xampp\mysql\data
  3. error.log in C:\xampp\apache\logs
  4. xampp-control.log in C:\xampp
  5. access.log in C:\xampp\apache\logs
  6. suitecrm.log in C:\xampp\htdocs\SuiteCRM7 but in zero byte
  7. ssl_request.log in C:\xampp\apache\logs
  8. install.log in C:\xampp\apache\logs
  9. WPMSETUP in C:\xampp\MercuryMail

Hello All,

I could find the problem now.

Problem come from xampp-windows-x64-8.2.4-0-VS16-installer , not so flexible to work with SuiteCRM during the installation.
