I have to say that it is about three monthes than nobody used my installation of SuiteCRM ( Version 7.10.7; Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)), on a shared server (OVH)
I tried to connect yesterday and it took up to 5 minutes just to display to login page (https://www.septentriontours.com/CRM/Suite/).
I am working on it since. Once connected, It can take the same time to any link to work.
I had a look to the forums I did “repairs” in SuiteCRM, and I truncated any table with more than 1000 entries in my database. It still doesn’t work.
I tryed to upgrade (Keep in mind that any click can take up to 5 minutes) but I had a Error 405.
What seems strange for me is that just to display the login page, for example, my SQL server have more than 500 requests / 5 sec to handdle.
I am not an expert, but if you could tell me where to look, I would be delighted.
Do you have any customizations that could be generating database requests in a loop? If so, maybe try renaming the custom folder temporarily so that they don’t get picked up.
I was said there to double-check permissions etc, and I gave more details about my logs.
But I still don’t know how to solve this issue. If you’ve got any clue, your help is more than welcome.
The fun fact is that everything was running perfectly 2 months ago.
