Installation problems with 7.7.4 version

Hello,

after install suiteCRM a can’t run it.
I only have that error:

Fatal error: Smarty error: the $compile_dir ‘cache/smarty/templates_c’ does not exist, or is not a directory. in /include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1094

please help!

did you follow this guide? https://suitecrm.com/wiki/index.php/Installation because this looks like a permission issue
