Installation gives an Error

After the installation its says successfully installed, but showing erros

PHP Verions is 5.5, MYSQL i also there

Hi there,

You need to modify your php.ini to not pick up on Strict Standards warnings. If you search the forums/google, you will find out how to do this.

Hi After Installed i got this error now :

Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

When i look into sugarcrm.log file, it says
