You insert an image by using the TinyMCE editor, or by inserting the product image field/variable.

I create new mail template, insert image ( logo and other image) in tab or row, save template. after save template - image not visible and not visible to sent an email.
How have you inserted the image? Is the URL pointing to an external server or is it a file that has been uploaded to the CRM?
i insert file // crm/upload/image directory. patth to image file. TinyMCE not save and visible.
