Input forms disappear on screens narrower that 768

Using Suite P theme, the input forms disappear on screens smaller than 768 wide, which pretty much rules out all mobile phone.

Is there a fix?

And exactly which input forms do you mean? The edit view of a contact, for example?

Using Chrome

I have tested on ios and android and on the desk top via resizing the browser.

If you choose create note under history you will be able to duplicate the error. I see it is listed as an issue on Github
