INDEXes accumulation and fast growth up to 25 Go.

Hello all!
I 've got a problem with SuiteCRM ./modules/AOD_Index/Index/Index files.
It has grown up to 25Gigabytes in just 27 days.
Does anyone knows anything about that issue and have any reasonable key?

Hi Vladmir,

These files hold the index for the Advanced OpenDiscovery searches. This may grow large if you have a large database,

That being said, there is a known bug with old records not being removed resulting in duplicates. This will be fixed in a future version of SuiteCRM but a fix is detailed in this post.

After applying the fix I’d reccomend deleting the index folder and removing all rows in the aod_index_event table.

Alternatively if making changes is not an option or if you are not using the AOD search then AOD can be disabled in the admin page, this will default to the standard global search.
