Incomming Mail account settings issue in Suite CRM

Dear all,

We are having some issue in setting up incomming mail account settings. We are following the steps below:

Emails->Settings->Mail accounts->add->fill the incomming mail account settings.

If we are doing same by using sugarcrm it is working fine.

Please let me know what can be the issue with Suite CRM.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Have you sent a test email? Do you get errors displaying on the screen or in your sugarcrm.log file?

I was not able to send test email. Here is the error Connection failed to,993: Connection timed out.

Any suggestion will be help full.


We also use office365. Just use as server and leave out “-nameast”.
Works fine for us.
