Incoming Email pictures 99% yes ,self created html sending NO picture, but same email YES in standard (outside) Outlook2013

I wonder with Windows10,local installed SuiteCRM 7.6.4, the following:

With most 99 pct of incoming emails i get the the SuiteCRM email system, the pictures of somethin, products or whatever.

If I send out an self created html email signatures, i dont get it in SuiteCRM system email, but YES in my OUTSIDE OUTLOOK 2013.

What is the issue ??

Solved with a wordtohtml edit, working, but sensitive…
