On inbound HTML emails, there is = and ? characters inserted throughout. I believe this is a character encoding issue possibly. I found the buried character encoding setting but it is set to UTF-8 which I think should be correct? Is there a better selection to solve this problem?
Problem fixed. Was an issue outsite SuiteCRM
