We recently updated our install of SuiteCRM from 7.8 to 7.11. After our install we noticed that the inbound emails we had set up are reading the messages, creating case, etc however the emails in our original inbox remain as “unread”. In our old 7.8 install once the inbound emails would get picked up it would set them as read in Gmail. Is there a way to bring this functionality back? I was looking in the settings and the only option is to delete after read. Any advice would be appreciated.
