Inbound Emails attachments are not downloading correctly

Hello All,

I had configured Inbound email in my CRM and enable a scheduler to run for every 5 minutes. But the problem is there are many email attachments(not all) which are not downloading properly(It is downloading but not able to view them). I tried to figure it out then I found the file size off all those emails which are not viewing is either 1kb or 0kb. This issue is not related to file extension as there are cases of every type of extension. I am using Gmail server.

I am struggling with this issue form last two months but I did not found any solution.

One more information I would like to share with you is

The attachments which have these problems are downloaded two times and also created two notes in CRM

how is your instance configure, using aop or standard legacy practice, I had a similar issue having both configured… downloading twice or similar (from memory).
Since the variable insert in the email is not working properly I am only using the legacy method (it is sad because I would like to use aop)

May be this is a path for you… although I have no idea about the fact that your attachments are not usable…
