Inbound email not creation

Inbound Email not creating a case.
I am using php 7.3 and suitecrm 7.11

Please any one help me.

Are you still having issues with this?

I think we need a little more information

Some things worth checking are:

  • A valid inbound Group Mail account exists, with " Create Case from Email" checked;

  • This mailbox has the correct credentials for your mail provider
    ie, gmail would be:

  • Cron is set up on the server/environment, and that the “Check Inbound Mailboxes” scheduled job is running.
    (Found in Admin->Schedulers)
    To see if it is running, you can check both the “Job Log” subpanel and the “Last Successful Run” values

It would also be worth checking if there are any errors in either your Suitecrm.log or PHP’s error log.
