Thanks for helping me in advance. We have a suitecrm installation and have setup my mail accounts in suitecrm through IMAP. It seems some of the mails are not downloaded to suiteCRM while all others work fine. Few of the mails are just skipped and I can see them in the webmail server but not in suitecrm.
