inbound -create case email not picked up if email body is long

Some email with long body are not picked up by crm and remain in inbox (fortunately) marked as read

While we reply to an email, is there a way to prevent from keeping body (thread) information?
because if there are may replies the body gets too long and the symptoms appears.

I also noticed that cariage returns ens up in multiple line skip… is there a fix for this?


anybody had this or am i the only one?
