How to add multiple schemas in a same system, but it needs to change accordingly , when each users sign up.How to manage these?

Hi,
each user can re-configure specific views and layouts in terms of how they look and what is visible, but there is no specific “datamodel per user”, it’s always the same for each CRM (you could create a Suite instance for each user, but those instances wouldn’t share any content).

It is not recommended multiple database for a CRM instance for many many concerns, like reporting , performance tuning , trackers
CRM is an integrated database which needs to bind up all information into single database to make sure data storage and fetch becomes securely and seamlessly
