Importing Accounts with Duplicates creates new accounts instead of updating existing accounts

SuiteCRM has been upgraded to 7.5.2 - now when importing accounts from my CSV, duplicate accounts are not being updated but instead creates the same acocunts, identical to the database’s existing accounts (except for the updated fields).
Am I missing something?


Based on Sugar knowledge, the CSV file must contain the SuiteCRM record ID in order to update the existing Accounts.

If this field is not available, every time you import Accounts they will be considered as new.

Also, you need to select ‘Create new records and update existing records’.
