I am converting from Sugar to Suite and am having trouble importing the records into Suite. I am using the wizard, and don’t have access to programming. Is there a way to change the records limit or file size for the import? I am getting errors after 100 records.

I would suggest check the apache log & your SuiteCRM log with your Server admin/or provider for the exact reason to fail it at 100 Records.
AFAIK, there is not such setting in SuiteCRM to import no. record only. It can be a reason of script timeout, maybe MySQL issue or any other.
