Import on Document module Q

Hi, could anyone tell me if there is way to import documents and relate the documents to records in my custom module

I have set up a 1-to-1 relationship for my custom module to document module

Or, I could think of is that to import all the documents first, then re-import the records in my custom module, but in the csv file, have a field indicating the filename.

But how could I mass import documents into document module
