Import data from website for newsletters

Iā€™m going to create a form on my website for people to subscribe to a newsletter.

How can I import the people who are interested in a Subscription List ?

My idea was to write this data in to a file and then on a regular base import them into the suitecrm.
I have done a export of an empty newsletter target list, so when people subscribe I have the data already in the right format, but into witch table must I import this data, because a manual import seems to much work.

Would a web to lead form work where you generate a HTML form for your website where you record the details of leads and can then create Target Lists from this?
