Import - Create & Update records - Undefined

Hello guys

Im sure this is a permissions thing but can’t seem to find where to solve it

When importing we can select the create and update records, upload the document and click next

At this point we are faced with an error stating there has been an error but it is undefined - when importing it doesn’t update any records only creates

Any assistance on this would be great

We have ran and followed all permission rules we have been given
