I am trying to import potential cusomers from a csv file. I have generated the template csv file from SuiteCRM with the fields needed, and copy and paste from the source csv into the template, to avoid errors.
I import the csv file and all the potential customers are imported and created, but I have an issue: no matter what I do, the name is imported into the surname field, and the name field appears empty. But in the previous steps, the samples show in the correct way.
Any clue about why this happens?
