Please any one give the idea how to easily achieve the below tasks? , I need to create a custom module and export the module with specific columns. Create some task to some user and update the status in other table when import the data to the modules .

you can create custom modules in Module builder if your user is a admin.
and then need custom code to update the status when data is imported.
You would need to give more information to be able to get more help. however might be an idea to go create the custom module first.
